Building the future of Beaconsfield together
The Hall Barn Estate is promoting several sites in the Local Plan for new development which responds to the real needs of Beaconsfield.
We want to bring forward this land to deliver social and community infrastructure, alongside housing specifically aimed at local people.
The Hall Barn Estate is committed to continued investment in the community.
Beaconsfield is a great place but we want to make it even better. We want to help sustain and enhance it for future generations creating a legacy of which we can be proud.

A development we can all be proud of
Hall Barn Estate specifically wants the development to incorporate a number of community and recreational facilities for the Old Town, that are over and above the level that a development of this scale would normally provide, in order to create a development that the whole Town and area can be proud of for the very longterm.
To this end, our clear instruction is to ensure that the fullest possible consultation exercise is carried out at the appropriate stage of the Local Plan process with not only all the relevant Councillors, Officers and statutory consultees, but, importantly, the full body of local people and businesses that these Councillors and Officers represent.
The Estate is also determined that as many local businesses as possible are involved in the planning, development and construction process, in order to have the maximum beneficial effect on the local economy.
