April 2015: Parcels of land submitted to SBDC in response to the Council’s Call for Sites.

March 2016: Representations submitted to Joint Local Plan Issues and Options Consultation

August 2016: Information meeting with Beaconsfield Town Council Representatives

December 2016: Representations submitted to Joint Local Plan Green Belt Preferred Options Consultation

October 2017: Presentation to Beaconsfield Town Council, Beaconsfield Society and District Councillors

November 2017: Follow up meeting with Beaconsfield Society representatives

December 2018: Update meeting with Beaconsfield Town Council and Beaconsfield Society Representatives

January 2019: Updated submission in response to Chiltern & South Bucks Call for Sites

Future stages (expected)

June/July 2019: Chiltern & South Bucks consultation on submission draft Local Plan;

September 2019: Chiltern & South Bucks to submit Local Plan

December 2019: Start of Local Plan Examination Hearings 

April 2020: Unitary Authority to replace District Councils

October 2020: Final Inspector’s Report following any Main Modifications

December 2020: Adoption of the Local Plan
